Savyox — About, Services and Policies (English summary)
Savyox LLC is a limited liability company registered in New Mexico, USA (entity no. 0008131917; 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste R, Albuquerque, NM 87110). We design and build online stores and digital products and provide search engine optimization (SEO) services. Our customers are individuals and businesses, mainly in Saudi Arabia, and all prices are in Saudi riyals (SAR).
Services and prices (one-time payment, no subscriptions)
- Store & website design — price shown on the service page. Delivery: 7–14 business days after the scope is approved.
- SEO service — price shown on the service page. Delivery: 14 business days; includes a final report. No ranking guarantee.
- Store with products — price shown on the service page. Delivery: 10–21 business days.
- Merchant offer (custom digital product + store, 12 months of support) — price shown on the service page. Delivery: 7–14 business days after the idea is approved.
- Consultation sessions (live Google Meet, 15 minutes to 5 hours) — price shown on each service page. Sessions are delivered live; no files or written reports are sent afterwards.
Prices shown are the final amount charged; we add no extra fees. Services are delivered digitally (login details, files and reports sent by email or WhatsApp). No physical goods are shipped. We do not guarantee any income, sales volume or search ranking.
Refund policy (summary)
- Full refund if requested within 7 days of payment and before the customer approves the scope in writing and work begins.
- If an order is cancelled during work, completed stages are charged and unstarted stages are refunded.
- Work that does not match the agreed description will be corrected, or the non-conforming part refunded.
